ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Provides a full range of administrative support to DC Leadership and visiting McKesson leaders

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Schedules welcome, greets, and registers guests to the DC

Assists with checking in and out of DC workers, ensuring compliance with protocols

Ensures all contract worker time cards are approved by an MCK resource weekly

Assists with the assigning and management of lockers or storage space

Adheres to safety protocols and helps the DC leadership team ensure safety measures are communicated and adhered to

Prepares communications, directs calls and visitors, maintains files and drafts correspondence

Assists and coordinates special events at the DC

Maintains confidentiality, follows-up on commitments on a timely basis, and adheres to deadlines

Arranges for purchase of and organizes office and warehouse supplies

Facilitates the reservation and use of DC spaces

Assists with DC badge management

Assists with other administrative or support efforts requested



Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATION:

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor s highly desired

Minimum Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years providing high level administrative support to corporate teams

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support
  • Experience supporting legal counsel within in law firm or corporate legal department highly desired
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously with ability to multi-task and remain flexible
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Publisher
  • Experience coordinating complex travel, calendars, and events for multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience using automated office equipment
  • Proficient in written communications including clear and concise writing, editing for spelling and grammar, and an ability to interpret information and maintain detailed notes
  • Strong attention to detail
