One of Beacon Hill's customers is seeking a large number of Customer Service Technical Agents to assist them on a temporary basis. The identified candidates will be responsible for a high level of customer service, delivering instruction and resolving issues within a variety of the customers systems.
Respond to all client issues
Research unresolved needs
Ensure all metrics are met, including call length, call quality and hold times
Document call activity
6 months of non scripted technical support in a call center
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Proven technical skills and knowledge of the MS Office Suite
