A bit about us:

We are a locally owned Kansas City Mortgage Company and we are looking to add some key players to our operations team. We are looking to add an experienced Loan Processor to our team in Praire Village KS.

If you are an experienced Loan Processor local to the greater Prairie Village, KS area, please read on.

Loan Processors are paid a base salary plus bonus.

Ensure that loan obligations, all processing and deadlines are met on each and every loan.
Review and confirm documents are present, accurate, and complete before submitting.
Maintain appropriate contact with clients throughout the loan process.
Collect documentation required such as appraisals, prelim, credit supplements, fraud reports, homeowners insurance, tax transcripts and verifications of employment (VOEs), VOMs, VODs, and VORs, income documentation, etc.
Update loan applications and processing updates within the Company LOS.
Ensure that all loan conditions are met and notify LO's and management when issues arise.
Review and submit loans to underwriting for the initial conditional approval
Coordinate with borrowers and/or 3rd parties to fulfill all underwriting conditions
Issue the Closing Disclosures and ensure its accuracy
Coordinate closing of the loan with third parties/borrower
Ensure that the loan is funded in compliance with all regulatory requirements
Fulfill all funding conditions
Work with Post Closing to fulfill borrower requirements to ensure timely purchase of loans

Proficient with Fannie Mae DU, Freddie Mac LPA and Encompass
Processing of all loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA)
Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Agency and Government guideline knowledge
TRID knowledge

Proficient with Fannie Mae DU, Freddie Mac LPA and Encompass
Processing of all loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA)
Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Agency and Government guideline knowledge
TRID knowledge
