POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for providing education, development, and skill improvement and advancement of employees in the organization consistent with business goals and necessity to include training curriculum design, analysis and assessment of employee knowledge and skill level, and identification of most efficient and cost-effective delivery methods. Assist in recruiting and retention efforts by creating and maintaining a supportive work environment maximizing the potential of employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS JOB SPECIFIC

Provide training to employees based on programmatic, departmental, organizational, and regulatory needs and requirements upon hire and ongoing
Develop training initiatives, strategies and goals through assessment and analysis based on ongoing monitoring and managerial and employee feedback
Identify most effective and efficient means of training delivery throughout the organization utilizing available technology and making recommendations for expansion to senior management as needed
Complete and submit paperwork and documentation associated with the various training programs
Assign new employee training through Relias Learning
Track compliance with all training requirements
Travel 30% of the time
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATION(S): EDUCATION

High School/GED required

Bachelor s degree in education, IT, human services, or business-related field preferred

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong educational background and varied employment experience with knowledge in areas of business, technology, primary care, and behavioral health required
